90-DAY GUARANTEE

At TagWars we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, and we'll refund 100% of the product price.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at murugarrensancho@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 48 hours with instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS
- The product must be returned complete, with all its parts (blasters, vests and accessories).
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged or doesn't match your order.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We'll send you a new one or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
